PRACTICE: Next week we will give all the teams one or two 1 hour long practices. We are still using the Larkin Center ( the gym at the Elgin Sports complex ) on Monday. Make sure you are at the practice facility 15 minutes before the start time and dressed.
At the Larkin you can only wear GYM shoes. At Elgin and Schaumburg you go downstairs to the fields and you can wear your cleats.
Elgin sports center: From Elgin you take Randall road north to Big Timber, you turn left or go west to the first light ( Tyrrell road), at Tyrrell you turn Right, you go to the 1st road on the right ( Mason road ), turn right on Mason road, then turn left at the 1st entrance. Do not go to the old entrance you now enter from the upper parking lot at the main entrance on the south side of the building. The facility now has three fields. Field #1 is on the west end of the building, Fields 2 and 3 are on the east end. The address is PO Box 1294, Elgin, 60123. It takes about 15 minutes from Sports complex.

We are Hosting 3 vs 3 SOCCER this Winter. The indoor soccer facility in Elgin where we have held our past events is under going a major improvement project. They will now have 3 new indoor fields and we will have 5 fields for our 3 vs 3 tournaments. We have not posted any dates due to the construction but it looks like we will be able to host tournaments on the following dates: Monday January 18th, 2010 ( Dr Martin Luther King Day ) Monday February 15th, 2010 ( Presidents Day ) The events will not begin before 8:00 am and end by 5:00 pm. Winter 2010 Session: begins Monday January 11th, ends March 5th. This session will be on Monday's from 4:00 to 5:00 pm at the Larkin center gym. It is located in the Elgin Sports complex at the far east end. The address is 515 Sports Way, Elgin, 60123. Spring 2010 Session: begins Monday April 19th, ends May 28th. Kickers United has a New Soccer Program for kids 3 to 6 called Little Kickers and for kids 7 to 12 the Kickers Academy. The session will be 6 weeks long with 2 one hour sessions a week. A flyer & registartion form are on this web. Go to Club information, then forms and downloads, click on flyer or registration. If you miss a session or 2, you can join in anytime during the season, a discount will be applied.
